Jovana has been with us for the past seven years. She started as a sales agent and quickly became one of the best managers in the company. Fluent in more than five languages, she is a real gem in our Sales team as an excellent team leader and an outstanding communicator. From the beginning, she brought more than 40 clients and managed to retain long-term partnerships with all of them. Her ability to take charge and manage multiple tasks is impressive, as well as her negotiating skills which help us to have more and more clients that trust us and grow with us.

Milos has been in the IT industry for more than a decade, and he has contributed to our team significantly with his expertise in the field of IT ever since he joined SBG. He has provided us with invaluable insights into implementing new technologies, and he has been instrumental in helping us develop new strategies for better IT operations and growth with our 20+ clients. His technical skills, leadership qualities, and friendly attitude make Milos a great asset to our organization. We are proud to have him on our team.

Aleksandra started as an agent back in 2016. After two years in the call center, she was upgraded to shift manager on a big project within the company. All the hard work she committed to the project led her to manage several offices, run operations as a PM for a couple of the entrepreneurs who were with us for years, and manage over 60 people. She is now at the point where she holds the position of Head of IT projects, running all tech projects within the companies, and is responsible for over 150 people.

Ilija has been with SBG for seven years. He started as a sales agent and quickly moved up to project manager. He eventually became our first Head of project management, and now he has his team of highly skilled project managers and keeps an eye on everything making sure that all of our projects are running smoothly, putting the needs of the clients first, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. Managing 50+ clients is not an easy task, but Ilija knows how to plan and organize work in an efficient way. He is an expert at managing resources and keeping track of progress and is familiar with the challenges that come with managing so many projects.

Dejan has 12 years of experience in Finance and General Management. His career started in one of the biggest International banking groups, finishing in a position of a branch manager, directly responsible for one of the most profitable branches in the network of branches in Serbia. When he joined our team, he held the position of CFO and then general manager. He takes care of all aspects of running day-to-day operations, including managing finances and growing the business. Dejan has a great eye for the big picture and is able to think strategically about the future of the company.
